HELP LAB THEATER PROJECT STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY

The health and safety of LAB’s audience and staff is our highest priority.  We will clean and sanitize all surfaces in the theater building between shows.  All theater staff will wear masks in the building at all times.

The week of your show, LAB will send your party an arrival time -- 24 hours before curtain -- to pick up your ticket and enter the theater, in order to stagger arrivals and prevent crowding at the box office.  Please arrive as close to that time as possible.  If there is a line at the box office anyway, please maintain 6 feet of distance.

Payment will be accepted through Pay Pal, Venmo or touchless.  There will be no cash transactions.

All staff and patrons will have temperatures screened on arrival.

We are asking that all patrons wear a mask at all times (except briefly while consuming food or beverages) in the theater.  Masks will be available for purchase if you do not bring one of your own.

Audiences will be limited to 10-12 (depending on group sizes), and configured ahead of time in the house, in order to maintain distance.  Please do not move your chair or reconfigure your group without consulting the House Manager.  Patrons must also respect the distancing needs of the audience members around you on this issue.

Please maintain 6-foot distances between your party and all other groups in front of the theater, in the lobby, at the concession stand and in the house.

Please do not “stand around” inside the building.  We are happy for you to get something to eat or drink from our concessions before the show or at intermission, but then please take your seat or take it outside.  This has been declared mandatory for bars and restaurants in Tampa during the crisis, and we are assuming the city considers it mandatory for us, too, as well as being safer.

Before the show starts, patrons can order food and drinks at the concession stand for intermission, for delivery to your seats, if you are so inclined.

Hand sanitizer will be at the entrance and at the concession stand if you need it.

The theater has two individual restrooms that the staff will clean and sanitize frequently, but for everyone’s safety please make use of the spray sanitizer that is provided when you are finished.  Please maintain distancing if a line forms for the restrooms.

If you or someone in your party develops symptoms between buying the tickets and show time, we will be very happy to exchange them for a future show.

We are committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all of us theater lovers to be able to enjoy the immediacy and impact of live performance again.  But our success depends on your cooperation.  Thank you.
